Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will share return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Payments made via Razorpay will be refunded through Razorpay

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Bank or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
